Garlicky Shrimp

½ Pound medium shrimp
4 Cloves Roasted Garlic
2 Tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 Tablespoons olive oil
½ Teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Grated Romano cheese
Linguine, spaghetti or rice

In a bowl, mash the roasted garlic and salt together to form a paste. Add
the black pepper and stir. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick sauté pan and
add the garlic, shrimp and basil. Sauté and toss and cook until the shrimp
turn pink and curl (about 10 minutes).
Serve tossed with linguine or spaghetti or serve over a bed of rice. Garnish
with the grating cheese.
