CRANBERRY SAUCE DIABETIC

2/3 cup water
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries (8 ounces)
1/4 cup pineapple juice made from concentrate
7 1/4 teaspoons Equal Measure or 24 packets Equal sweetener or 1 cup
SPLENDAR

Combine water and cranberries in medium saucepan. Bring just to boiling;
reduce heat. Add pineapple juice. Boil gently, uncovered,
over medium heat 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Skins will pop.)
 
Remove from heat; mash slightly. Stir in Equal. Cover and chill. Serve
chilled with beef, pork, ham or poultry.
