Pizza Impossible ----------------------- 1 cup soft bread crumbs 4 eggs 1 cup milk 8 oz grated cheese 1 cup salami or ham, chopped seeded olives 1 tablespoon red and green peppers, chopped
Spread bread crumbs in the base of a greased oven proof pan. Beat eggs and milk together, then mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour carefully over crumbs, and bake in moderate oven 180 C for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and set. Cut and serve as desired.
