6 pork schnitzels
flour seasoned with salt and pepper
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
teaspoon sugar
3 teaspoons brandy
2 tablespoons oil
8 oz onions
8 oz mushrooms , sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste.

Cut pork into strips and toss in seasoned flour. Mix together mustard,
paprika, sugar and brandy. Heat some of the oil.
Add half the pork and fry quickly for 2 minutes.
Remove to shallow saucepan. Do likewise with the rest of the pork.
Add onions and mushrooms to pan drippings. Cook, stirring until softened.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove and scatter over pork. Stir mustard mixture into meat and cook
uncovered for 7 minutes. Stir in sour cream and salt and pepper.
Cook very gently, stirring until reheated.
