Spicy Franks 1 c. ketchup 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed 1 T. Red Wine vinegar 2 tsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1 lb. hot dogs, cut into bite-size pieces, or cocktail wieners, smoked sausage, etc. Combine everything but hot dogs in the crock pot. Cover, and cook on high 1-2 hrs., until well blended. Add hot dogs, stir, and cook another 1-2 hrs., until heated through.
