Chipped Beef Ball

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 t. horseradish
1 t. prepared mustard
1 pkg. (5 oz) smoked chipped beef, cut up

Blend cream cheese, horseradish and mustard and roll into ball. Frizzle
chipped beef in butter. Roll creamed mixture in frizzled chipped beef. Serve
with crackers. Note: To frizzle chipped beef, separate and tear beef slices
apart. Drop into skillet with 1 to 2 T. hot melted butter. Stir lightly just
until it is heated enough to begin to sizzle. This makes it easy to combine
with cheese.
