Place milk in a 4 cup glass jug. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Whisk in eggs, sugar and vanilla. Strain the mixture into a 20cm [ 8 inch ] round dish, sprinkle with nutmeg. Cook on 30% power for 15 to 17 minutes. Allow to stand covered for 5 minutes before serving.
