LEMON MERINGUE TART preheat over to 180degrees C or approx 350 F
1 packet marie (not sure what you would use overseas) 125 G margerine or butter 2 large eggs 125 ml lemon juice 30 ml sugar 1 tin condensed milk METHOD crush biscuits melt margerine add to biscuits press biscuits into a 9 inch tart dish in a bowl add condensed milk, lemon juice and 2 EGG YOLKS beat well and pour over biscuit crust next beat egg whites stiffly and add sugar place over top of tart bake until meringue is a golden brown. enjoy Catherine [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
