Chinese Cashew Chicken 1 cup diced cooked chicken 1 cup diced celery 1/2 cup minced onion 1 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup 1 16 oz can bean sprouts -- drained 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 cup cashews -- coarsely chopped 1 5.5 oz can chow mein noodles
Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles in Crock-Pot; stir well. Cover and cook on Low for 5 to 9 hours or on High for 2 to 3 hours. Serve over chow mein noodles. Serves 4
