Spicy Mashed Potatoes 

6 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cubed 
1/2 cup warm milk 
1/4 cup butter or margarine 
1/2 tsp salt (I used less)
1 tsp chili powder 
dash pepper 

Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.
Cover and bring to a boil; cook for 20-25 minutes or
until very tender. Drain well. Add milk, butter, salt
and pepper; chili powder mash until light and fluffy.
