PIG CAKE
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 c. juice from can of mandarin oranges
Mandarin oranges
Beat all ingredients (except oranges) together for 4 minutes. Add oranges
and beat until pieces are small. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan at
350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. (This cake gets its name because people have
been known to make a pig of themselves when eating it.)
