Dear All, The Technical Support Ministry of Victory Christian Fellowship is on the lookout for volunteers to help out in the stage management function of our Sunday services at VCF, The Fort (only for the Fort Services). Here are the requirements: Must be part of a cellgroup. Must be committed (to the ministry once he's in). Must be male. Must be good looking (optional--hehe). FAQ 1. What kind of experience is needed to be a stage manager for Victory's services? Answer: Not much really. Although past theatre or production experience will definitely be helpful. Commitment and the right attitude is the most important component for success. 2. What will I be asked to do? Answer: During praise and worship, keep an eye out for any problems with the sound level of the monitors of the worship team (they will give you hand signals). Pass the mic to the pastor when they will be needing it. Communicate to the tech/power point booth any feedback or requests from the Pastors in the front row. These are the basic things, we will discuss more specific things once you get on board. We shall guide and train you well and ensure that you are fully equipped to do the job before we let you go about it on your own. 3. The services of Victory seem to go so well, is there really a need for me to help out? Answer: Excellence requires talent, hard work and commitment. We are inviting you to be part of and to contribute to our church's level of excellence. And remember how your cell leader has been bugging you to join a ministry for so long? This is it!!! =) 4. What else is there for me to do aside or after Stage Management? Answer: We will be needing as many hands on deck as possible whenever we have our big events, like Asian/Philippine Invasion, Convergence etc. The work that you do with us in our services will help us determine what role you can play in our big events.
