Our client is a conglomerate currently involved in various businesses such as housing, office building hotels and the like. Having been in the industry for 30 successful years they are now introducing new business concept to further enhance its already established and known customer services and competitive edge. The company is hence looking for dynamic professionals to join them as GENERAL MANAGER (MARKET) & SALES and MARKETING DIRECTOR (HOTEL).
GENERAL MANAGER (MARKET)
Reporting directly to the President, The position is responsible for the over-all management and control of the entire operations of Wet and Dry Market, from administrative to marketing function. He must have an extensive hands-on experience in space rental / leasing operations, preferably mall type or tiangge type operations.
To qualify you must be a Management & Marketing Graduate, preferably w/ MBA; 35-45 years old; with relevant experience; male or female and preferably a renewed or practicing Christian.
SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR (HOTEL)
Must have 5-10 years of working experience specializing in marketing and sales in hospitality and tourism industry encompassing developing sales territories, developing effective marketing and sales programs, systems and processes, product promotions, market and product research and public relations. Capable of training and motivating sales staffs. Should be aggressive, ambitious, focused, determined and very organized/systematic but humble. Not more than 50 years old.
