hello!
i've called Ate Ruth Mejica of Shepherd of the Hills yesterday to coordinate
about our food. the nanays and ates there will be the ones to prepare the food
for saturday. budget is P50/person for lunch (2 viands, rice and juice) and
P15/person for merienda. in Zambales, there are 95 people(75 kids and 20
volunteers and staff). as for us, i need the final head count from each of
small group leader so we can budget the food. my estimate is 30-40 people.
because of some people's generosity, instead of buying give-aways, we will just
buy underwears/shirts for them. budget is 50/kid. total is P3750.

here are some of the gifts we've already received and some pledges:
a. 90 assorted toys from Gliern (from his collection of jolly meal, kiddie
meal and etc.) they are super cute!
b. party favors from Psalms
c. party favors from Carissa
d. food (cupcakes, biscuits, candies and etc) from Charlton
e. gifts from VCF Pasig
as of Nov 19, 2006 our total collection is P11620. since some groups will
still remit their collection in the coming days, we definitely will meet our
budget :) Yehey! thank you Lord! if we have extra, we could still buy more
gifts or give Ate Ruth the extra cash. she will be in Galleria on thursday and
dropby our Leadership Groups.
