I have followed your advice and we are no more dependant of the size of
receive buffer.
If it works for you under WIN32, you can publish a new package :)
Or should we publish a 0.8.5.1 / 0.8.6 right now ? what do you think ? (The
goal would be to warn Windows user that a new version is available)
