I understood it was about advanced WYIWYG thanks to a bit of googling
("tinymce kitchen sink") and this post:

Since "Afficher/Cacher l'évier" has no cultural meaning in French, I
kept it to "Afficher/Cacher les fonctionnalités avancées", which is
