Yeah, I'm still trying to do my best to improve LT translations quality. First of all I need to gather all LT translations from various sources into one place and maintain it at translate.wordpress.org. As I recall correctly there is two approved validators for LT language. So I suggest that we better keep the status quo and ask people to contribute via web interface rather than importing and interfering with each other.
