Hi In the main WP site, users can get the latest version of wordpress by going to http://wordpress.org/latest.zip . I'd like to suggest adding the same feature for the localized Wordpress domains so that their users can get the latest version of the localized WP from the same permanent URL e.g., http://fa.wordpress.org/latest.tar.gz
