Well, I have dashboard issues, but slightly different...if I go to any other ADMIN panel page, and then click on the DASHBOARD link, I get the WP Admin header and footer, but absolutely no dasboard content. I have to manually change the URL to mysite.com/wp-admin and the dashboard refreshes as expected.
