Possibilities:
1. You have a plugin that is including the MagpieRSS class
2. Not all the 2.1 files were uploaded properly
3. Your server is running an opcode Cache like APC or eAccelerator
and you didn't restart Apache after updating WordPress (that's an
issue with the opcode cache, not anything that WP can fix)
