Hopefully. There's still a possibility that the development of such might be subsidized by an as-of-yet-undetermined third party, as a few of such have expressed interest in better draft management and editorial-style workflows. I'm interested in helping develop the feature regardless, but with a subsidy I'd be able to get to it sooner (2.3) rather than later (|^2\.[456]$|)
