My failure to provide context strikes again! I was discussing PHP 5.3,
which isn't out yet and won't be out until some time next year.
This means, that Windows users are out of luck with the current
Acceptance Testing from Automattic. Commenting the line out does provide
a workaround, but I would rather like to use the features that it provides.
While it does work fine with Linux, I do not develop using Linux and the
bootstrap fails on the browser, which is a setback. I rather like to
view test results from the web browser. However, research of
phpUnderControl does not work well (currently) on Windows.
I can not provide any fix for the current problem, although, I will
upgrade to PHP 5.3 when it comes out, some time next year.
