I thought we'd lost you!
I know nothing about widgets! I cribbed code from another plugin and
got someone else to test the one in the forum. So, I take it I need to
investigate then. This is a change that has gone unreported I think...

The $wp_registered_widgets global is fine, it does contain all the
individual widgets, but it seems to not being evaluated properly.
Did anyone ran into this, too?
