I actually like the plugin page - clean and crisp. But it's high near
impossible to see the difference working in bright sunlight. And that
goes for quite a lot of the soft blues.

I see active plugin with a whit background ad not active one with a
grey backgorund... so they are already showed in a different way.
I still think the ACTIVATED plugins should have the darker grey
background color, all plugins that aren't activated could be
white... but, that's just me so.. * shrug *
