I am working on removing duplicated code and so want to merge the two
Atom libraries that we currently have.
I have a first pass patch up which does this on

I need some testing of the blogger importer with the patch applied
please - I don't have a blogger blog and I don't want to create one just
for this as I think a real blog is a much better test.
