Well at least with it says something but for me it's just says

Nothing else.
I hope we can solve this problem !!

Installation Failed
If I manually place the nightly build link into my browser, I can access
and download the zip file.

The total request timeout was set for 3 seconds, which is much too
tight. Bumped it to 30 seconds for all download_url() requests and
added some better error reporting to the curl transport.
