There will still be two color schemes available from the user profile.
We won't remove the option b/c some plugins use this. We'll be adding
a second color scheme (probably based on the 2.5 color scheme) before
we launch.

I think the plan is for 2.8 allow the the admin area to be customized
with different css inside the "theme" package. But don't quote me on
that. :)
