Just did a multisite fresh install, created a subdirectory site for a user and noticed that the blogs.dir wasn't create
initiated only when media library is triggered once? Is there any way to make this event of creating that happen on the network install? where the blogs.dir and mu-plugins directory in wp-content are created ?
