Is there any condition like:
<check type="registry" condition="equal"
path="HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\CSDVersion" value="Service Pack 4" />
I don't know how to check a value of a key.
At http://wpkg.org/index.php/MDAC_update_for_Windows_2000 there is a
other condition code then "exists" but for the filetype.
I couldn't find anything in the wiki, sorry to bother.
