Hi,

I looked in 0.9.5 stable and I still miss some kind of /takeover function. The problem of my daily (admin) life is this:

I get a PC and need to include it into my domain and install a basic set of programs, I'am responsible for (i.e. Thunderbird, Antivir).

On some PCs this software is already installed, so it doesn't has to be installed again, wpkg should simply note that package in the wpkg.xml as installed. If this is not done, wpkg says "installing software" every time it starts.

For v. 0.9 I wrote a small patch with a /takeover switch for the commandline (which is in the Bug Database of wpkg). That patch didn't make it into the stable release. So how could this be realized in the current version? I'am a bit out of sync and didn't follow the development.

OK, I will add it.

I just didn't focus on it, since I don't use any windows notifications.

But I guess many people do, so it might be worth implementing it.

So it should find the way in in a couple of weeks, as my time allows to spend some time on WPKG.
