WPKG 0.9.8-test1 has been released.
This is a testing release.
* changed "package dependencies" - now they are defined like profile
dependencies - see http://wpkg.org/index.php/Package_dependencies
* registry running state - see
http://wpkg.org/index.php/Registry_running_state
Thanks to Andre Ilie for patches.
Note that "package dependencies" are now defined differently than in
0.9.6 and 0.9.7; this previous format is not supported.
