Some software has broken installers, and doesn't install when the 
installer is started as SYSTEM.

I can't recall any names, but I've met 1 or 2 such installers (it was 
some lame medical software, which insisted to be started as 
Administrator after installation, and to make it work as a normal user 
one had to change permissions of its folder in Program Files etc.).
