On installation of WPKG Installer 0.20 (wpgksetup.msi) on Windows 2000 SP4, it
spends a lot of time with high CPU utilisation doing something, then fails with
an error message saying it can't replace msvcrt.dll in the Windows system
directory, either because of Windows File Protection or because some open
program is using it.
It works fine on Windows XP SP2.
(It would be useful if earlier versions of WPKG Installer were additionally
provided at the WPKG web site because we're now left without a working copy for
Windows 2000.)
