Hmm... On this page:
  http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa375198.aspx
It states:
  "Note   GINA DLLs and Winlogon notification packages are ignored in
Windows Vista."

So I guess wpkglogin's days are numbered as it seem to work as a
Winlogon notification package.
