The extra items (supercedes & conflicts) do not affect wpkg.js 
operation.  They are there to make it easier to manage things in the web 
interface.  But, now that you mention them, I'm not sure they are tied 
to anything yet in the interface...  I'll have to check it out and 
possibly update some code..
