Created an attachment (id=66)
 --> (http://bugzilla.wpkg.org/attachment.cgi?id=66)
full package, fixed translation spellings, fixed /noforcedremove, fixed
dependency installation tracking

After some reports from Falko I fixed a small glitch: In case a package
dependency fails to install WPKG still tried to install the initial package
(root of the dependency tree). This has now been fixed. If a dependency fails
then the initiating package will fail as well.

Additionally a bug when using /noforcedremove switch has been fixed.

Additionally some spellings within config.xml have been fixed.

Change log:
 * FIX: Fixed /noforcedremove. Now correctly disables forced removal.
 * FIX: Fixed trying to install package even if dependency failed. Now package
 * installation aborts if installing of a dependency failed.
