Copying can be achieved by running command-scripts or directly adding something
like 'cmd /c copy source destination' too an additional command. Commands are
executed in order so just add the copy action before the installer action.
If you want to run only one command, then simply write a wrapper-script which
is doing the copy and later on runs the installer.
