WPKG 0.9.12-test3 + http://bugs.wpkg.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23
0.9.12 test3 patched to include support for this bug. I took out MD5 support,
so please don't use it. See http://redblacktree.org/wpkg/ for examples on how
to use packages.xml with this.
(I'm a little late with the great flury of 0.10-redesign :)
