I am closing this bug since the upcoming wpkg-redesign (Bug 79) includes the
ability to write a debug-level logfile while just logging info/warning/error to
the event log.
In fact there are two debug levels which can be used (level 8/AUDIT_SUCCESS and
16/AUDIT_FAILURE) which can be enabled/disabled independently for the log file.
Currently only level 8 debug logs are written.
