Didn't I tell it already? Jens, you have a broken computer ;)
Nothing spectacular - it was a disallowed signal to Service Control Manager
(SCM) - SERVICE_ACCEPT_SESSIONCHANGE, which can be only sent on Windows XP and
above.
I'm closing the bug, please reopen or comment if there are similar issues.
