AFAIK as sudo (for unix), can be configured to ask no password at all.

As a UNIX guy, for me it is normal to have system preference and user
preference strictly divided, and moving to windows world WPKG aide me
to keep this separation: WPKG is the tool for system preference,
netlogon/policy for user preference.

Try to implement policy, for me a site very helpful was:

        http://www.pcc-services.com/custom_poledit.html


Apart that, i think there's room to 'fork' WPKG to create a tool that,
using the same paradigm (a WSH script and a set of XML files), can be
used in netlogon context to push user preferences.

But i think that must be a total different tool... WCFG? ;-)
