What "WPKG Message" window are you referring to exactly?
The dialog box invoked by the WPKGMessage.exe

No, I simply want to avoit totaly the WPKGMessage.exe execution.
If you disable it, it shouldn't be shown.
Make sure you have the timeout set to 0.
If it doesn't work, then you hit some bug - please report it to bugzilla.
