Covers are printed to 100lb  book weight stock,
contents to 50lb opaque white paper, the only
thing I know of printing technique is
digital press printing, probably large laser
printers which do binding etc. All cafepress
books use same printing technique, from
50 pages to maximum 600 pages in perfect binding.
