Query is saved when user cancels adding a new output mapping in a data service

Steps to reproduce:
================
1. In the second step of the data service wizard, click on 'New Query'
2. 'Add New Query' window will be displayed.
3. Enter a Query id
4. Enter a SQL statement
5. Enter Group by element and row name
6. Click on Add New Output mapping
7. Add New output mapping pop up window will be displayed
8. Click on cancel
9.Click 'OK' in the 'Add New Query' pop up window
'A query already exist with the id :' error message is returned.
