Output mappings of query type are not displayed in the UI, therefore they
cannot be modified using the wizard

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new query. Suppose its name is testquery
2. Click on 'new query'
3. 'Add New Query' pop up window is displayed
4. Enter a query id
5. Enter a sql statement
6. Enter a grouped by element and row name
7. Click on 'Add new output mapping'
8. 'Add new output mapping' popup window is displayed
9. Select mapping type as 'query'
10. Select query - testquery
11. Click ok
You will not see the output mapping in the ui.
