Following parameter is added to the services.xml when creating a service
archive using an existing service.

</parameter>
Steps to reproduce:
===============
1. Deploy a service with a service impl class which has a in-only or in-out
method
2. Access WSAS management console and Select the service group
3. Click on 'Create service archive' link
4. Open the generated archive and check services.xml
