Client generation fails for Chad when WSDL 2.0 is selected

When trying to generate a client for the Chad sample using the WSAS admin
console, an error occurred when I selected 2.0 for WSDL Version.
To reproduce,
Deploy Chad sample
Run WSAS
>From Admin Console try to generate client with WSDL version set to 2.0
The server side exception is attached.
