Hi there, Using sync (v 7.02) interactively on W2K, the transfer window appears, but swiftly crashes before a log is created. In the NT event log, I get this Dr Watson error:
"The application, , generated an application error The error occurred on 12/19/2001 @ 14:28:18.078 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 00FD0757 (TOOL_MODAL) " If I try scheduling this, the machine bleeps at the schedule time, and the scheduler shows the status as running, and there is an undeletable sync process left hanging. Any idea what's going on please? I was really hoping to have this fixed by the end of this week but the support folks have obviously been very busy, so I hope someone else might have a clue :-) (Transferring from a remote MS IIS ftp server, set up in FTP Pro, to the local MS IIS ftp server, and vice versa. Using the same user credentials as set for the FTP site.)
