Most are sent using a HTTP "uploader" page on our web site, then email attachments and lastly by FTP.
We had a terrible time with corrupt files when using email. Replaced the PC-133 RAM sticks (server is older BX chipset) and we have had zero corruptions for the last month.
Are you using one machine for FTP? If so swap out the RAM. If you use other several PC's and have the same corruption I suggest getting your ISP involved as your line most likely has a lot of noise.
