I don’t understand what you are saying?  Are you wanting to reject based on a certain set of IP’s?  if so I would do this at your firewall level…

Yes, make sure logging is enabled and search through logs for the “%username% logon success”, should see something like this:

0719 13:24:21 (00001a0c) ftp.domain.com S(0) 67.105.38.2 dknapp logon success (B1)

Where the source IP is listed right before the username.
